Function            DESQcommonmem - returns measure of common memory
                                        available

  Syntax              void DESQcommonmem(struct DESQmemory *dm);

  Prototype in        multihk.h

  Remarks             determines the amount of available common memory
                      under DESQview. No error checking is performed.

                      DESQcommonmem returns the amount of available
                      common memory in dm. The values returned are in
                      bytes.

  Return value        nothing.
